Customization

Abandoned Cart Recovery

You can configure automatic emails to follow up with customers that abandon the checkout process. The email contains a link back to the last checkout step they were on and can be fully customized with your own message and possibly a discount code to incentivize conversion. With WooCommerce, store owners have to install a $59 per year plugin.

Customer Accounts

You can make customer accounts required, optional, or disabled. If enabled, customers can save their addresses and payment methods so they can check out with just a few clicks when they’re logged in. We also provide a secure customer portal where they can view their order history, subscriptions, addresses, payment methods, and track shipments.

Shipping

When setting up the store, you can connect any major carrier, including USPS by Stamps.com, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. You can then decide which service levels you want to offer at checkout to provide customers with accurate real-time shipping rates. You can also enable free shipping and set an optional minimum order threshold.

Accept Payments

Stores are able to accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you enable the creation of customer accounts, they can save their credit card profiles for rapid checkout.

Tax Calculations

When setting up the store, you can configure multiple nexus addresses to ensure sales tax compliance in all jurisdictions where you do business. Our integration with TaxJar automates the accuracy of worldwide sales tax calculations.

Policy Documents

You can generate sample terms of service, privacy, and refund policies that are displayed as links in the checkout process. These policies can be fully customized to meet your specific needs.
